2.1.3 A prompt screen will appear informing you on how the competition works.
2.1.4 After accepting all prompt screens, a movie about prize information will appear.
2.1.5 After viewing the movie, the Leader Board will appear.

2.2.2 Select "Update User Info".
2.2.3 Enter the username of your choice.
2.2.4 Click "Update" to submit your new username.Yes, you will still be able to see your score. Your user account profile, competition score and unique ID is tied to the mobile handset on which you registered for the competition. The verified winners are identified by the ownership of the relevant mobile handset.2.4 My score reflects '0' when I use a different mobile phone with the SIM card which I had previously used to play the game. Why is this so?This is because your user account profile, competition score and unique ID is tied to the mobile handset on which you registered for the competition. To upload your high score from your mobile handset to the Leader Board:
2.5.1 Start the Pocket Arena game on your mobile phone.
2.5.2 Select 'Competition' on the game's main menu.
2.5.3 You will need to connect to WAP to enter the Pocket Arena competition. If you wish to continue, select "OK".
3.1 If I win the competition, how do I claim my prize?3.1.1 After competition ends, our dedicated customer service team will contact winners within 5 working days via the e-mail address and mobile phone they have provided in the "Update User Info" section to inform them they have won the competition and give them instructions of what to do in order for us to send prizes to them.3.2 I submitted the wrong email address and/or mobile number. Will I still be able to claim my prize?
3.1.2 If winners do not hear from us within 5 working days, they can contact our customer service department directly at support@mbizglobal.co.ukWinners who have submitted the wrong contact information will not be eligible to claim their prize. At the same time, there is an expiry date for the contest prize claiming period. If winners are not contactable within 3 months after the contest, they will be disqualified from being able to claim the prize.3.3 How do I know if I won in previous Pocket Arena competitions?3.3.1 Access the Leader Board on your handset.3.4 I have the same score and position on the Leader Board as someone else. Who will win the prize if we are both tied as one of the top winners?

3.3.4 You will be able to view the history of expired competitions.The winner of the prize will be the first person who has attained the high score.3.5 If I have won in the previous competition, will I still be able to win again for the next round of competitions?Winners will not be eligible to win prizes in subsequent rounds for the same Pocket Arena game in which they have won prizes for. However, they are still eligible to participate and win prizes for other Pocket Arena games in which they have not won any prizes for.
